Exigent attorneys are capable of working to the same exacting standards as internal or private practice legal teams.  Either by way of secondment or local training, upon engagement with a new client the Exigent team will be brought quickly up to speed with all relevant commercial and legal issues.  Appropriately qualified staff will be provided to meet cost and competency expectations.  This will often necessitate a mix of paralegal and attorney resource to respectively undertake levels one and two contract reviews.
