Audio Typists, Document Technicians and Proofreaders
Exigent is a leading provider of legal and support services to a large number of professional clients in Australia and the UK - clients who expect their work back on time, every time. Work is varied, interesting and challenging.
Due to our rapid expansion we have a range of roles to fill, including:

Audio Typists;
-
Document Technicians (Copy Typists); and
-
Proofreaders.
Legal experience is not necessary but is favourable. Applicants must have a strong administration background with secretarial experience being preferred.
Other desirable skills include:
-
minimum typing speed of 50 wpm;
-
strong English language skills;
-
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; and
-
the ability to work well independently and also as part of a team.
As part of our team successful applicants will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment, reporting to a Client Manager.
Opportunities exist for successful applicants to undergo further training and skill development (including business traineeships) with long term career progression opportunities also available.

Database Coordinator & Trainer
Exigent is a leading provider of legal and support services to a large number of professional clients in Australia and the UK - clients who expect their work back on time, every time.
As Database Coordinator & Trainer your responsibilities will include:
-
actioning bulk data changes and integrating client contacts into the system;
-
frequent client liaison via email or telephone;
-
research via internet and other external systems;
-
assisting in the maintenance of a website-subscribed law publication database; and
-
conducting training on the necessary systems and processes within the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will show high attention to detail and accuracy, strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously to deadline.
A strong data entry/administration background and experience with CRM databases is highly regarded although not essential.
Valuable training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
