Legal Assistants

We are looking for legal assistants/support attorneys with various levels of experience in legal services such as document review, due diligence, contract management and intellectual property administration.

We are interested in hearing from legal graduates, admitted attorneys and candidates who have worked in professional legal services for a minimum of 1 – 2 years. Contract and permanent positions are available.

Legal Document Technicians

We are constantly on the look-out for highly proficient audio and copy typists. Professional word processing or secretarial experience is important. Experience in a legal environment is clearly advantageous.

Minimum requirements include a typing speed of 60 wpm, strong English language skills, attention to detail, a professional approach and a desire to be part of a client-centric, energetic and successful team as well as experience with major software packages.

Graphic Designers

Do you have creative flair? We are looking for people with experience in both online and offline environments to join our fast-growing Creative team.

Minimum requirements include an advertising or marketing agency background and proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe and InDesign packages. Strong client liaison and project management skills will be key in securing a position in this team.
